CryptoSprouts ("the Game", "we", "us") is a cozy farming game built on the Solana blockchain. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CryptoSprouts — whether through the Telegram Mini App, a web browser, or an Android app from Google Play or the Solana Mobile dApp Store — you agree to this policy.
The Google Play version of the Game includes no wallet connection and no on-chain features, so it never collects or transmits a wallet address. Where this policy describes wallet data, that applies only to the Telegram, web and Solana Mobile dApp Store versions.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to run the game:
- Solana wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we store your public wallet address to save your farm and process in-game on-chain actions. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
- Telegram account identifiers (optional). If you play through Telegram, we receive your Telegram user ID, username, and first name as provided by Telegram, to identify your account and save progress.
- Game data. Your in-game state — plots, crops, items, balances, referrals, and settings — is stored on our servers so your farm persists across sessions and devices.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We never collect or store your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase.
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or physical address.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, location, or device files.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your game account and save your progress.
- To process in-game actions and on-chain transactions you authorize.
- To operate features such as referrals, rewards, and leaderboards.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and protect the integrity of the game.
4. Blockchain Transactions
CryptoSprouts interacts with the Solana blockchain. Any transaction you approve (such as deposits, withdrawals, or minting) is recorded on the public Solana ledger and is permanent, public, and outside our control. Your wallet address and on-chain activity are inherently public on the blockchain.
5. Wallet Signing
To log in without Telegram, the Game asks your wallet to sign a short message
(for example, CryptoSprouts:login:...). This signature only proves
you control the wallet — it never moves funds and does not grant us any spending
permission. Signing is handled entirely by your wallet app via the Solana
Mobile Wallet Adapter or your browser wallet extension.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share limited data only with:
- Infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting and database services) that operate the game on our behalf.
- Public blockchain networks, as described above, for transactions you authorize.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain your game data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below). Note that on-chain data on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted.
8. Children's Privacy
CryptoSprouts is intended for adults. The Game is not directed to children, is not marketed to them, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we delete that account and its data. A parent or guardian who believes their child has created an account can contact us and we will remove it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
